Scaling Innovation

01 - Statewide Initiative

This first-of-its-kind initiative brings together cohorts of law enforcement, first responders, community organizations and system-impacted individuals to strengthen resilience and build lasting trust.

02 - Evidence-Based Training

Led by Beyond Us & Them, in partnership with the Vermont Department of Public Safety, this initative delivers innovative training to address officer burnout, community disconnection, and barriers to reentry.

03 - Scalable Model

This project will establish a scalable model for healthier public safety systems, stronger communities, and safer states nationwide.

Comprehensive Training & Capacity Building

The Public Safety Council Integration Project will train up to 27 cohorts across Vermont’s public safety ecosystem, creating a broad and lasting impact. All training is provided at no cost to our participants, ensuring equitable access and statewide reach.
