Artist Nicole Buffett’s new collection of paintings, entitled Council of…, was inspired by, and benefits the work of Center for Council/ Beyond Us & Them.

Nicole discusses how in the process of creating these mandala-like pieces she was reminded of the process of council, she describes thinking “this is exactly what it feels like to be in council… you come together, each sharing is like this mark and as each person shares more and more and more, it creates this beautiful structure of belonging.”
