Because all items in our store are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Beyond Us & Them does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or accidental orders.

Each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. Please review your product details and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly replace it free of charge.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@beyondusandthem.org, and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or misprinted item and its packaging

Once verified, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost. Our fulfillment partner covers the cost of replacements for manufacturing errors, printing defects, or damaged items.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner as undeliverable, you may request reshipment to a corrected address by covering the new shipping cost.

Unclaimed packages returned to the fulfillment center are donated or recycled and cannot be resent or refunded.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, our fulfillment partner begins production, and the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS OR LOST PACKAGES

Once your order ships, tracking details will be automatically provided. Beyond Us & Them is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages that are caused by the shipping carriers.

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly initially. If the issue persists, contact us at shop@beyondusandthem.org, and we’ll assist where possible.

 

PURCHASE ORDER GUIDE

Our preferred payment method is credit card through our online store for the fastest processing.

For organizations requiring purchase orders, the following conditions apply:

  • Available for orders over $200 (before shipping & taxes)
  • A $12 processing fee will be assessed to cover administrative and manual fulfillment expenses.
  • Orders can be held for up to two weeks and will not ship until payment or a formal purchase order confirmation is received.

To proceed with a purchase order, please email shop@beyondusandthem.org with:

  • Bill To: Organization Name, Address, Phone, and Email
  • Ship To: Name or Organization, Address, and Preferred Shipping Date
  • List of items and quantities
